Before returning any device, you must receive an emailed confirmation from Raxmedical detailing procedures for safe return. Please email requests for
instructions to info@raxmedical.com
You may return Lady Comp/Baby-Comp and Pearly within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping and handling costs of $25.00USD, if it is unused and packed in the original packaging including any accessories and manuals shipped with the product. Returns after 14 days will be subject to a variable restocking fee. A 10% restocking fee applies to units returned 15-30 days after delivery. A 30% restocking fee applies to units returned between 30-60 days after delivery. Please note: The thermal sensor must remain sealed in the original plastic wrap. If the seal is broken and the product is returned a charge of $37.00USD will apply in addition to any applicable re-stocking fees. Purchaser must notify and receive acknowledgement from RaXMedical by email prior to returning merchandise. Incorrect shipping documentation may incur Customs charges and taxes for which the purchaser will be responsible.
You may return Pearly within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping and handling costs of $15.00USD, if it is unused and the Pearly has not been removed from the original clear plastic wrap. All accessories and manuals must be returned with the product. The Pearly may be returned up to 60 days following purchase, however, returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and it must be unused and enclosed in original clear plastic wrap.
Shipping costs, duties and brokerage fees are non-refundable. Lady Comp and Baby Comp fertility computers have been manufactured using the highest quality components and comply with German standards of manufacturing and specifications. All fees associated with returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
By completing this purchase you agree and understand that Lady Comp / Baby Comp / Pearly will not protect against sexual transmitted diseases and that if used in the prescribed method will reduce the risk of pregnancy but in no way guarantees 100% effectiveness. Customs, Duties and Brokerage fees for shipments outside North America that may be charged for delivery of these products may be billed to RaXMedical directly. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and the purchaser will be invoiced for such fees. The purchaser in placing an order agrees to having such charges automatically applied to the same credit card as provided for the purchase of this product. As well, all taxes charged on shipments outside of the USA will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
